- Safety and health：Safety and health are important aspects of human life. There is a close connection and mutually reinforcing relationship between them. In order to protect the health and safety of individuals, society and the world, we need to strengthen the construction of laws and regulations, enhance publicity and education, establish monitoring and early warning mechanisms, and strengthen international cooperation and exchanges.
- Talent development: By increasing investment, improving policies, optimizing the environment and strengthening cooperation, we can promote the continuous development of talent and make greater contributions to the country’s economic prosperity, scientific and technological progress and social progress.

Dual carbon goals
